Château Haut - Mirambet is near the fortified town of Sauveterre de Guyenne, deep in the Entre-deux-mers countryside and has belonged to the Mirambet family for several generations. Always striving for perfection, their wines benefit from a very modern vinification which allows the grape varities to express their full potential. This elegant red is well balanced 40 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc with a deep luscious colour and delicate fruit flavours. The longer it's been opened the fruitier this red wine seems to become.
